The 2 bedroom apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, providing all the luxuries and comforts guests could hope for. Walking through the front door, guests will first find the open plan kitchen immediately on their left, and the stylishly decorated living room, dining area and access to the private terrace in front. The master bedroom is located left of the living room, it features two luxurious single beds, which can be joined if requested, facing a large smart TV. The master bedroom has direct access onto the terrace and has an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower and heated towel stand. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, and has access to a large bathroom located outside the room. This bathroom features a large rainfall shower.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils expected of a luxury property. It also has a breakfast bar with 2 high bar chairs. The kitchen looks out over the able dining area (seats 6), and perfectly presented living room, furnished with an exceptionally comfortable U-shaped sofa facing a large smart tv on the wall. The living room provides access onto the apartment’s spacious private terrace. The terrace offers an outdoor seating area, dining area, and some of the most spectacular views over Marbella’s natural landscape and the blue Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment also includes: – 24 hour security within the gated community – Strong WiFi throughout – AC (Hot & Cold) in all parts of the property, which can be controlled in each room – Washing machine – SONOS speakers within the ceilings – Private underground parking (1 space).
Rental of the apartment also provides access to the facilities of the Palo Alto community. This includes the swimming pool in Los Almendros, the Palo Alto Social Club, Gym and Health Centre.
