Spread over three levels, the villa includes a cinema room, wine cellar, rooftop terrace, private swimming pool, and an open plan kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, as well as indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Within five minutes’ drive from the villa are three of the best golf courses on the coast, and within walking distance are several bars and restaurants, a supermarket, and the famous Puerto Banús is just five minutes away. The ground floor of the villa includes a living room, a kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a large terrace, a BBQ area, and an infinity pool. The living room has an L-shaped sofa facing a smart TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and utensils. The east-facing terrace, accessed from the living room, offers a beautiful view of the garden and infinity pool.
The villa’s lower level has a guest bedroom with a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The wine cellar and cinema room, furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a surround sound system, are also located on this level. The top floor of the villa features the master bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms, all furnished with double beds and walk-in wardrobes. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and a walk-in shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows facing southeast, providing plenty of natural light. The rooftop terrace offers sun loungers, chillout seating, and stunning views of La Concha mountain to the east.
The villa is suitable for families and sensible groups, but stag/hen parties and other party groups are not allowed.
