This exceptional penthouse boasts five bedrooms and offers arguably the best sea views among all properties in the Puente Romano area. Recently renovated, it is now the only apartment that can accommodate up to 10 guests, with three king bedrooms and two bedrooms featuring two twin beds each. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The interior of the penthouse has been redesigned by a renowned interior designer based in Marbella, and now boasts Home Demotics technology.
On the lower floor, four of the bedrooms are located, including the master bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have their own personal terraces overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean. Upstairs, there is a final bedroom, a guest toilet, a modern open-plan kitchen, and a living room. Additionally, there are two large terraces, one with seating for dining while taking in the breathtaking views of the coastline towards Puerto Banús, and the other with comfortable outdoor lounge seating, sunbeds, and its own private swimming pool.
It’s worth noting that the world-famous Puerto Banús is a leisurely 20-30 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo (seaside walkway) or just a few minutes by car.
