The rooftop has a large lounge, bar and outdoor hot tub. The villa is ideal for guests with less mobility as the elevator can take you from the basement to the top terrace.
It consists of a 3-storey contemporary style building with an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and 1 en-suite bedroom
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms face directly south and all bedrooms have access to a terrace where you can enjoy your early morning coffee complemented by the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.
In the basement there are two bedrooms and a wellness area with jacuzzi, turkish bath and shower.
The outdoor area has a pool of 6 * 3.5 m. The dining table seats 12 and there is a large gas grill. There are plenty of sunbeds on the terrace. The sheltered dunes towards the beach give you a natural ‘fence’ for privacy.
