A stunning villa located in Casablanca, one of Marbella’s most prestigious neighborhoods, has recently been renovated. It’s situated approximately 200 meters away from the beach and Ricardo Soriano Avenue, which is the main street in town with plenty of commercial and professional services.
This modern-style house features a comfortable layout with its living space spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, guest toilet, living room with a fireplace and a wood-paneled wall, a dining room with access to the covered porch and outdoor dining area with a barbecue, an open-concept modern kitchen with a central island that’s fully fitted and equipped with electric appliances, and a guest bedroom suite.
The second floor has three more bedrooms with private bathrooms and views of the garden and pool. The open terrace features electric awnings, and the master bedroom boasts a double-sided fireplace between the bedroom and bathroom.
