A security gate and driveway leads to an Andalusian-style courtyard at Casa Roca, which also has covered parking if necessary. The villa’s interior design is open, bright, and timeless, with an elegant yet unpretentious feel. The property can be entered via the courtyard or a staircase that leads through the lush gardens.
Casa Roca has three floors, and the ground floor features a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen. There is also a sweeping colonial-inspired patio that overlooks the property, pool area, and parts of the Mediterranean Sea. This would be the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.
With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the villa can easily accommodate up to eight people. There is also an indoor sauna with a Jacuzzi and a covered outside dining area with a barbecue station and a pizza oven. Of course, the villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout to ensure a comfortable stay in Marbella.
