This villa is located in Marbella Club Golf Resort, about 10 kilometers away from Puerto Banús. The resort has a beautiful 18-hole golf course that is popular among experienced golfers. The clubhouse is a charming building with a terrace overlooking the course, hills and a man-made lake. It offers a bar, restaurant, lounge area, pro shop, caddy and coach facilities. The resort also features an equestrian center for horse lovers.
The villa is built around a traditional courtyard with a fountain and has two entrances. The main entrance and a secondary entrance from the kitchen side. The ground floor consists of a living room with access to the covered porch and garden, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms, and a laundry room.
The upper floor provides panoramic views of the golf course, riding arena, and the sea in the distance. It has two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a dressing room, bathroom, and a private west-facing terrace with mountain and sea views.
The south-facing villa has marble floors throughout, air conditioning, parking space for 1 or 2 cars, and a heated swimming pool.
