This is a beautiful, modern villa in Torrenueva that has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. It’s located in a sought-after neighborhood that’s within easy walking distance of all amenities, including the town of La Cala de Mijas, which can be reached via a scenic boardwalk path.
On the ground floor, there is a double en-suite bedroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The living area is open and bright and connects to the porch and front terrace, which can be heated. From there, you can access the pool and jacuzzi, both of which can be heated. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and also leads to the porch and pool area.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and two showers, as well as 3 double bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms with showers and toilets. All the bedrooms on the first floor have stunning sea views, and 3 of them have direct access to the terrace. There is also a rooftop sun terrace with incredible views in all directions.
It’s important to note that the villa is located on a steep hill and has steps, so it may not be suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The outdoor area includes ample seating, pool loungers, an outdoor kitchen, and a BBQ area. The pool is a salt water pool and includes a shallow part.
